On March 2, 2024, a workshop and progress review meeting was held on the projects under LGED, Chattogram Division for the fiscal year 2023-24. Honorable Chief Engineer, LGED Mr. Md. Ali Akhtar Hossain Sir was present as the chief guest. Additional Chief Engineer, LGED, Chittagong Division Mr. Anil Chandra Burman presided over the meeting. Senior level officials from the headquarters, Executive Engineers under Chittagong Division, Senior Assistant Engineers, Upazila Engineers, Assistant Engineers and other officers and employees under LGED, Chattogram Division participated in it. Later, the 3rd quarterly meeting was held with the participation of the participants to implement the National Integrity Strategy Action Plan 2023-24. Honorable Chief Engineer, LGED Mr. Md. Ali Akhtar Hossain Sir was present as the chief guest. Additional Chief Engineer, LGED, Chattogram Division Mr. Anil Chandra Burman Sir presided over. It was attended by senior level officials of headquarters, Chittagong Division officials, employees, public representatives, journalists and contractors. On the same day in the morning, Hon'ble Chief Engineer Mr. Md. Ali Akhtar Hossain Sir, LGED inaugurated the construction of the boundary wall and beautification of the office building of the LGED, Chattogram campus.
